General Terms and Conditions

For all products and services of Studersond, only these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. Deviations from these GTC are only valid if Studersond has expressly agreed to them in writing.

To ensure that the probing work can be carried out without delays, the client must ensure that the assignments are ready for execution.

Investigations of underground structures, utility lines, etc., must be carried out by the client before the contract is concluded – at the latest before the start of construction.

The probing locations must be marked, numbered, and staked out in the field, taking into account underground lines and structures of any kind.

A site plan indicating the existing utility lines, underground structures, and probing locations must be provided to us to ensure that any necessary relocations of probing can be carried out safely.

We carry out the probing work based on the client's specifications. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for any damage to underground lines and structures of any kind.

These GTC are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Thun.
